How to Add Some Flair to A Boring Sweater

Happy Friday! How was your week? Mine? It was pretty busy so I am definitely ready for the weekend. I started my weekend off with a little photo shoot to get me energized and ready. If you have big plans for your weekend how about pulling out a old boring sweater that you just cannot seem to give away and adding some flair to it?!? You ask "How can I do that"?

Well all of us have some of those plain basic sweaters in our wardrobe. How about adding one of this years top fashion item? The blanket scarf. Adding a blanket scarf can add flair to any outfit. Especially if it is a bright colorful one. Why not take it a step further and belt it with a skinny belt. This gives your scarf a cape effect and makes a statement. You can even get a little daring and mix patterns. My belt has polka dots on it. 

There is no need to go out and spend money on something new when you can create new outfits by just adding a few details you already have in your closet. Enjoy!!
